Limited Quantities: 

Each piece is now available in limited quantities for each drop. However, the most in-demand designs will be restocked in the next drop!

Shipping Info:

We take great care to ensure that your handmade creature arrives safely at its new home. However, once an item is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service. Baby Tob Studio is not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for domestic shipping and 2-4 weeks for international shipping.

However timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Please note: international orders may be subject to fees or customs—all of which is the buyer's responsibility. 
 
Refunds/Replacements:

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if there are any issues or mistakes with your order, feel free to email me with the details, and I'll be happy to assist.

For Commission:

All sales are final. We do not offer replacements or refunds for dissatisfaction with your commissions or damages during transit. These are beyond our control - so please respect our time, effort, and creative work!!

Important - Please note that if you decide to cancel your commission after work has already commenced, a partial refund will be issued based on the progress made at the time of cancellation. If the commission is completed, no refund will be provided.

Pricing: 

Each piece is carefully handmade from start to finish, with designs requiring up to two hours to sculpt, clean, bake, and glaze.

Pricing is thoughtfully determined based on the time, effort, and materials involved in creating your unique item.
